• Good Safety & Health Performance:
  • Zero Fatality in 2019 & 2020.
  • Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR): 0.26 (2019) & 0.24 (2020).
• Altogether with Chinfon Cement Corporation, Cemindo have also been granted: the ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2018.
• Focus on minimizing repetitive manual handling activities (automatic bag placers, automatic bag loading to truck, automatic palletizers).
• Emergency response teams on site.
• Qualified SHE staff: SHE personnel at the plant have a general OHS expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certificate. Some have additional ones such as electrical OHS experts, fire safety experts, and environmental experts.
• ZAA (Zero Accident Award) For Ciwandan & Medan Plant in 2020 from the Ministry of Manpower.
