• The Nomination and Remuneration Committee, with reference to OJK Regulation No. 34/POJK.04/2014 regarding the Nomination and Remuneration of the Issuer or Public Companies.

In performing their duties, the Board of Directors is supported by:

• The Internal Audit Unit, with reference to /OJK Regulation No. 56/POJK.04/2015 regarding the Formation and Preparation Guidelines for the Charter of the Internal Audit Unit.
• The Corporate Secretary, with reference to OJK Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 regarding the Corporate Secretary of the Issuer or Public Companies.
